Free returns
Please use our returns portal to return items by logging into our shop. Once you've received your return label by email, please print it out and attach it clearly to the package. You can then return the package to us free of charge at any post office. Click here for the customer login: Link
Remittance
Once your return has been processed, we will immediately transfer the outstanding amount to you.
Please note that refund times may vary depending on the payment method:
Credit card: The refund will be made to your credit card account and will be listed on your next credit card statement
Paypal: D The refund will be made to your Paypal account
Sofort Überweisung: The refund will be made to the account you used to place your order
